One of Avery's Favorite Toys

This is one of the presents Santa brought Avery for Christmas. When Avery hits it, this butterfly plays music and rolls away from her. It is supposed to encourage her to crawl after it, but Avery still isn't interested in crawling so she mostly just grabs ahold of it and lets it flap in her hands. I think she will probably skip crawling and go straight to walking. She is loving standing up and taking steps while holding my hands.

Avery Has Teeth!

Avery got her front bottom teeth right before and after Christmas. Those things are sharp! She can't understand why I won't let her chew on my fingers anymore!

Miss A loves to sing!

She can also say "Dada", even though she doesn't really know what she's saying.

My Birthday!

This year for my birthday, my wonderful husband got me tickets to see the Radio City Rockettes Christams Spectacular!! (And he actually went with me!) The show was amazing!

Have you ever seen a lazier eater?! As soon as the bottle hits her mouth, both hands go behind her head!

First Christmas

Avery had a wonderful first Christmas!! She tried to open a few of her presents, but doesn't quite have the hang of it yet. Avery not only got great presents for Christmas, she also got her two bottom front teeth, which she shows off at every opportunity with her open mouth smile! She has also learned the fine art of fake coughing. Now when I take her to a store and somebody walks by her, she "coughs" to get their attention so they will talk to her.
